Returns and Refund Policy

By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to the return and refund procedures described below.

Eligibility for Returns
 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
     
  • Ensure all tags, labels, and packaging are returned exactly as received.
     
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns.
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
     
  • Items failing to meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.
     

How to Initiate a Return
 

  1. Submit a Request
     
    • Email your return request along with the Order ID and reason for return to gigabytetechs9@gmail.com.
  2. Provide Supporting Images
     
    • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, attach clear photos to help speed up processing.
       
  3. Follow Return Instructions
     
    • Once approved, we will send detailed instructions on how to complete the return.

Note: We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with these guidelines.

Refund Process & Timeline
 

  • Returned items are inspected to ensure they meet our return criteria.
     
  • You will be notified if your refund is approved or declined.
     
  • Approved refunds are processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
     
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund transaction is complete.
     

Partial Refunds
 

  • If a returned product partially meets the return conditions (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), we may provide a partial refund at our discretion.
     

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
 

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
     
  • Include clear photos or videos of the issue and send them to gigabytetechs9@gmail.com to facilitate prompt resolution.
